Mooter, Wholesale and Manufacturing ::: "Free Box of Steaks with..."

math-rock hysterical jazz-rock

Fans of Primus & Mr. Bungle & John Zorn's rockier ventures would really dig this. Demented and frantic, schizophrenic music described as no-wave or math-rock. Lo-fi-jazz-rock-noise all blend into this mish-mash of extreme silliness and eccentricity. Undistorted twangy guitars, drums, saxaphone, bass, vocals which range from tongue-in-cheek melodies (which deconstruct almost as soon as they start) to the very odd, zany and hysterical (and I suspect a turntable or 2 or maybe a sampler?) are Mooters tools of trade. The only thing I've heard like this before is very early DAF (Deutsch Americanische Freudschaft) when they were still a band (before they turned synth-pop). 10 tracks of raw madness over 55 minutes.
